It is Hot!
I thought of something while driving today. I am going to buy oven mitts to wear on my hands until my car cools off a bit. I actually felt like I burned my palms in this heat!
Oh well, if I do this no one will laugh, in fact I bet I will start a trend! Hey, Pen of Jen is going to set a trend!

We are still having rain. We had almost 5" last night!!! I know, from NM you can not even imagine.

It is hot here, but we struggle more with the humidity. I am from Kansas where steering wheels got hot,,,,here, they get sticky!
It is usually 80 in the morning which means it doesn't really ever cool off from the end of April until sometimes the middle of November!
(we live near Galveston)
Peter, I would love some rain...*sigh*
Oh well if an ark goes by hitch a ride!
