Peter I live 13 miles from White Sands New Mexico. So you can see the reasons we have such limited water.

But as you can see, no matter what the circumstances, kids will create fun situations out of seemingly trying ones.

And their moms(like me:) work hard at making the kids see the beauty and joy out of every situation.

Thanks Jennifer,

Really are wonderful photo's and the joy at seeing the kids have so much fun too.

I hope in the next day or two I will have photo's of our dry ski slope.

Thank you for kindness as to my health, just plenty of rest and fluids and a few days leave.

Thank you for your kind comments - I am sorry the photo of the ski slope did not turn out so well - as the backdrop gives it the edge - and in the winter it really does come alive with skiers.

yes the woodland walk is my favourite too. So therapeutic to be at one with nature.

I so luv your photo's far sharper and amazing detail too.

Just nipped in again to say I found an all time favourite of mine on youtube - helped me through my university days.

Hope you enjoy it too.

So delighted Jennifer, you found joy from this wonderful song, the lyrics helped me so very much - at a time I most needed.

I am feeling much improved and sitting out in the garden listening to the birds singing and my glass of lemon & honey is what I need to pick-me up!!

Blessings to you all.

have a wonderful day too.

I took my daughter Britty to White Sands when she was less than a year old. Some of my favorite pics are her lying in the sand there! Thanks for sharing the pics!
