Keepers of the Faith

On Friday we had Keepers at Home, a version of girl scouts, for girls 8-up, in a Christian perspective. The lesson taught was weaving and it was very fun.

There were 14 girls in attendance. This was an exciting lesson, explaining what weaving is, and how weaving is used today. Then the girls weaved their own square. The skills taught at Keepers have kept Fourth busy on her down time.

Below is a partial picture of some of the girls, Fourth is in the red shirt!

Because Keepers follows our Friday gym day, many boys play on half the gym patiently waiting until their sisters are finished. So I made an Easter snack to keep all content. I saw this on Lorie Byrd's blog and made them also. Sorry that the picture is not so great.
