July 4th Roundup
We had friends over for a BBQ and great visiting yesterday. We had the traditional all American BBQ, then had our own mini fireworks in the back yard. Second was the fireman with the hose ready. Our friends brought their 3 daughters so Fourth had tons of fun!
After our firework show, we all sat across the street in the neighbors driveway, and enjoyed the town's fireworks, that were performed at the New Mexico Space Center.
The Space Center is on the top of town, just about 1 mile from our house, so we enjoyed the show without the traffic.
Well the kids are all still in bed(8:45 am) as last night was a late exciting night!

A delightful entertaining scene especially 'drooling' over the BBQ - of course!!
Ah yes, the joys of 'youth; and the sleep-in - one has such memories - albeit distant now!!
