Purse of Pen of Jen...on Vacation

I finally am getting around to my purse and all it's contents! I know that it has been a while since I was tagged, but I knew my vacation purse would be so much more crazy!

Here is my travel purse...

The stack of books are my Bible, my planner, a checkbook, and a business card organizer.

In the front of the photo are my tracts. I have a variety because I believe that everyone is different, and what will work with one will not with another. I place the tracts and God does the rest. I also have several devotional books from the past year.

I have a clothespin? a paper clip, rubberband, and an empty water bottle?(I guess I can refill it)3 sticks of gum, 2 empty gum wrappers...

Toothpicks for Bill:) Excedrin, chapstick, and Bills's meds, an Aveeno sample, 7 pencils, 3 pens, a compact, $218.00, 6 quarters, 6 dimes, 4 nickels, and 10 pennies.

Oh and some magnets a friend gave me.

I am not a big purse carrier, but I decided that I always want my Bible with me, so I carry this bag/ suitcase!!!

I have no understanding of the clothespin, yet it adds character(or craziness) to my life!

As I am a perfect gentleman - I shall refrain from viewin a 'Ladies' handbag - contents!!

The mysteries of a Ladies handbag - remains just that - to us men!!

Every good traveler needs a clothspin. :)

Peter,

I am in agreement with you about the "mysteries of a Ladies handbag".

However, I must note here that I have asked for the toothpicks 4 times and have yet to receive one.

Bill, I had to laugh!! - x 4 requests for toothpicks - and no success!!

I guess that's why we always say "mysteries of a ladies handbag".

Even a CSI expert would have difficulty understanding the contents of a Ladies handbag!!

Hope all went well at the N.S.C.

Interesting content! Many things I expected to see in your purse, after having gotten to know you a little over the blogosphere. I could have bet on a small Bible and gospel tracts! However, the clothespin threw me for a loop! It was fun going on vacation with you all.

Bill, I can understand you not getting the toothpick. If Jenn is anything like me, whatever she is looking for at the moment is for sure the thing she cannot find.
