Meteor Crater Arizona

Meteor Crater Arizona

Second and Third scared mom, and stood on the observation deck over the crater!.!.

Third saw this van in the parking lot, with a Saturn plate holder...too funny at the meteor impact site!

I am going to write on my other blog penofjen.blogspot.com, about the happenings at the crater. Too much to share right now, but really is important in today's world.

That is just so amazing and your son's are brave - venturing that far out on the observation deck!!

The size of that crater does make you wonder about the power of a meteor's impact.

Perhaps you and the children can come with a history posting sometime in the future.

We are always planning to stop here on the way home from our yearly trip to CA, but we always say we're too tired and we'll do it next year. Would you say it's definitely worth doing, when we go this year? Did you do the guided tour thing? I don't know if I could handle my kids on that observation deck!! I got such vertigo at the Grand Canyon!! Looks like a neat place!!
